With the growth of business challenges in face of competition, the Client required integrated, visual and dynamic performance management dashboards.

As a result of the growth, the business became operationally complex with frequent outages affecting all areas within the business (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations & Finance), this translated to a loss of real time accountability, with waste in time and considerable money.

The CEO and the Data & Insight Director wanted to solve the current issues but also look to the future where data and Insight was seen as critical for future growth. They needed a summarised single view of KPIs across the business initiative together with the interactivity to track down detailed analysis and breakdown of each KPIs across business categories and time granularity.

We helped provided a strategic road-map for dashboards implementation covering Technical, Marketing, Financial, Operational, Human Resource and Sales Initiatives for the Client to self-sufficient moving forward

We provide secure access for each user across dashboards and the data sets in accordance with permissions per user. This ensured greater security of the company data and met the GDPR compliance regulations

A saving of 2 hours a week for a 300 strong sales force, helped the Client to save over 30,000 hours per year. Which was approximately the cost of a minimum £1,125,000 per year. This was just for the Sales team alone. Other departments had a considerable saving in time.

The Client was able to understand their data better, display complex relationships, unlock key values and visule key patterns and trends.
